Use | This product is used as a leveling agent in the nylon printing and dyeing industry. Used as an anionic leveling agent in dyes. Used as a wetting agent, coupling agent, and stabilizer in the detergent industry. |
Non hazardous materials. Cannot blend with cationic compounds. Store in a cool and dry warehouse.
Put dodecyl diphenyl ether into the reaction kettle and start adding fuming sulfuric acid (SO320%~25%) dropwise at around 15 ℃. The molar ratio of dodecyl diphenyl ether to oleic acid is 1:2.2. After the completion of sulfuric acid dripping, heat up to 50 ℃ and react for 3 hours. Then let it stand for 3 hours to remove the lower layer of waste acid. The upper liquid is dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid. Neutralize with sodium hydroxide aqueous solution until the reaction ends at around pH 8. The outgoing packaging is finished product.

purpose | This product is used as emulsion polymerization emulsifier, suitable for acrylic acid and vinyl acetate. Polymerization of styrene and butadiene, acrylonitrile and butadiene-styrene. Can also be used for leveling agent of nylon fiber. In detergents as wetting agents, coupling agents and stabilizers. In the electrolytic cell of copper and dehydration process as a demisting agent. |
production method | put the dodecyl diphenyl ether into the reactor, fuming sulfuric acid (SO320% to 25%) was added dropwise at about 15 °c. The molar ratio of dodecyl diphenyl ether to fuming sulfuric acid was 1: 2.2. After dropping the fuming sulfuric acid, the temperature was raised to 50 ℃, and the reaction time was 3H. Then, the mixture was allowed to stand for 3H, and the waste acid in the lower layer was removed. The supernatant was dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonic acid. Neutralization with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to a pH of about 8 was completed. The output is packaged as a finished product. A metered amount of diphenyl ether and dodecene were sequentially added to the reaction kettle, and a catalyst amount of sulfuric acid was added with stirring. The mixture was stirred at 60-70 °c for 6h to obtain the alkyl diphenyl ether. After washing, the alkyl diphenyl ether was transferred into a sulfonation kettle, and fuming sulfuric acid was added. The reaction was carried out at about 80 ° C. For 8H, and alkali was added to neutralize the product. |
